Tenprint accreditation

Post by Alan C »

I know this is primarily a forum for latent examiners, but our Tenprint Unit is considering seeking accreditation. If your agency's Tenprint Unit is accredited, please let me know. I'd like to have your agency name, the accrediting body, and a contact at your agency. You can either post a reply here or email me.

I believe that your Latent Operation is already accredited under ISO standards.
Adding the tenprint accreditation is simply a change of scope and should be accomplished internally.

You're in a great position to just piggy back on the work that was already done by your agency

Yes, we may end up doing that.

I don't think its a "choice"

If your agency already holds forensic accreditation in one area, you have already gone down that road with that company.
