Analysis Worksheet

We've been revamping our Training Manual and one of the new things we're adding is an Analysis Worksheet for new examiners in training. I know there are a lot of different documents out there so I figured it wouldn't hurt to add this into the fray for people to use if they want. I've attached the spreadsheet I created as well as a guide to using the spreadsheet. The worksheet is obviously based on our agencies procedures but it can be tweaked as needed to suit other procedures. There was some VBA coding involved in creating this so if you do end up using it and run into issues feel free to message me with questions.
