Our lab is possibly looking into getting wall lockers to put in our processing lab to store evidence. Currently we have moveable cages, but we believe the lockers will help us save space. Does anyone have any lockers their lab uses to store evidence? If so, what brand/size do you all have?
Thank you!

Re: Evidence Storage
I tried to find a manufacturer's plate for ours but I have a feeling they're inside one of the lockers or on the back. We have lockers that are inset into the walls so they're flush. They look very similar to what's displayed at schoollockers.com. Just googling evidence lockers brought up a slew of manufacturers, all of them have a variety of sizes so it looks like you could customize based on what you want or need.

Re: Evidence Storage
My lab uses lockers for our evidence storage for scientists - I believe they were custom built for our lab. They are made of wood, have adjustable shelves, and vents on the front of the doors for air flow, they also have locks on the door (think of customized cabinet with vents).
We also have pass through lockers with our evidence control center - secured on both sides with passwords (using our LIMS system to track chain of custody and the transfers). I am not sure where the lab purchased these through.
