It is hoped that the new forum will complement those at www.clpex.com and www.onin.com while also being able to explore issues closely related to Shirley’s case from a UK and international perspective.
I hope that members of all forums will continue to contribute to each of them and that healthy debate will continue about fingerprinting and related issues.

'healthy debate' as moderated by Iain McKie?
Was this the healthy debate you threatened to back out of unless the Justice One committee make a statement affirming that they accepted Shirley was innocent before they even heard any evidence?
Is this the 'healthy debate' that led you to promise not to sue the BBC or Shelly Joffre, but warn that your lawyers would be watching everybody else?
Is this the 'healthy debate' you opted out of when you brought a professional grievance against Peter Swann, and then quietly dropped?
Is this the 'healthy debate' that you and your daughter took a pay-off to prevent in February 2006?
When your friend Mike Russell is elected his party has pledged to hold a 'healthy debate' in front of a judge to get to the bottom of this.
It's maybe the only thing we can look forward to if the SNP get in.

What's the matter, Caledonian? Not healthy because it's not going your way? Seems to me several courts, much of the public, and Justice 1 have all heard "healthy debates" and know what is right from what is wrong. But by all means, let's have that "judicial inquiry" and see where the chips fall then. The SCRO was wrong. There has been a cover up. Criminal acts occurred, but not by any of the McKies. And, in the spirit of keeping on topic for this forum, the fingerprint on Marion Ross' doorframe was NOT made by Shirley McKie and the fingerprint on David Asbury's biscuit tin was NOT made by Marion Ross. So there.

The perjury trial I'll give you, despite Shirleys poor recollection about her first expert, what others?
The public have not heard healthy debate, certainly not through the scottish broadsheets or BBC.
Where was there a cover up? What criminal acts occurred?
Are you saying that William Gilchrist is involved in any cover up or criminal acts?
Are you saying that the members of Justice One who also cleared the individual experts in this case are involved in a cover up or criminal acts?
Are you acusing Peter Swann and Malcolm Graham of being involved in a cover up and criminal behaviour?
