AFIS SOP

Our agency is currently developing a "Standard Operating Procedure" to guide officers in the use of our AFIS system. We have different levels of AFIS users ranging from live scan users to people who enroll and do latent checks. I was hoping to find a link or example to how individual agencies have approached this problem. We are not an "ASCLAD" facility. I do have copies of the SWIGFAST guidelines. Any help would be appreciated.
