I'm sorry to drag this one back from the vaults, but I just read page 140 of Ashbaugh's "Q-Q FRA" and it reminded me of this thread.

There are other ridge features that have been identified as ridge characteristics, such as overlaps or pinches in ridges where the name of the characteristic is self-explanatory.

I know, it's not helpful, but it helps pass the time before I go home.

I am sure that you will need androx if you have a ridge pinch.
