The login feature has been implemented

The login function has been activated, and has been a huge success. Spam posts have been eliminated as far as I can tell.
Thank you for the unanimous support of this function. I believe board activity will not be significantly affected, and in fact that the credibility of this board will increase while at the same time decreasing the moderating requirements.
