Has anyone ever identified a developed print from the trigger of a gun?

Hello guest,
I identified a latent print on the trigger of a Ruger 10/22 rifle. It was an index finger developed using Superglue and photographed with a mirror inserted between the trigger and the trigger guard. The resulting photograph was then reversed in order to perform the comparison.

Dear Guest:
One latent print examiner in our office has developed and identified a latent print on a trigger. I am not sure what type of gun it was, but he will know. I will see if I can get him to respond or tell me. The trigger and tigger guard was removed and photographed. The latent was identified to a suspect.
I know of a second examiner who has developed a latent print on a trigger but I believe it remains unidentified at this time. It is a cute little thing too.
