Clearly there is collussion between Crown Office and SCCRC to hide this second ID Parade Report which they do not want me getting my hands on given it's contents can destroy the police evidence against me.
The person that was placed on the ID Parade also told the police he had seen me on the day I am supposed to have committed this Robbery yet his statement was never revealed to me prior to trial.
A joiner also visited my house on the day In question, Gave the Police and Procurator Fiscal statements, which have also never been revealed to me nor my defence team to my knowledge.
SCCRC when they allege they investigated my grounds of appeal Refused to interview my Friend but interviewed the police to allow him to claim he never Identified someone at this second Parade so why does Crown Office have a problem releasing the report if the Policeman is right ?
Every witness mentions they never Identified anyone else at the second Parade apart from the Police.
Bring it on, Crown Office.
I wonder if the same thing could happen in the good old USA
