To answer some of your questions: the salary range posted is negotiable depending on the qualifications of the applicant. Also, footwear certification is desireable but not required.

Please keep in mind that these very nice video productions are geared towards drawing students from all over the world to the school, and are therefore inherently a bit "schmaltzy"! 8)
