Unsolved Case - Searching Latent Palm

Our agency has an unsolved homicide in which a latent palm print was recovered from the point of entry into the residence. The palm print has been searched through the Arizona and California databases. Detectives have exhausted all viable leads and we are now asking for outside assistance. Would anyone be willing to search the latent palm through their state database? If the answer is yes, please contact me through email with your agency's requirements for out of state submissions.
