As a new member on this forum-I hope I am not repeating past posts too badly:
Is there a location I can be directed to for suggested standardized reports?
Examples would be:

Friction Ridge Analysis Report
Verification Report
Exclusion Report

Does your agency have and use standardized report forms for all developed/analyzed latents? What other forms are available?

In Ashbaugh's book he has an outline for a Friction Ridge Report. I too would like to see some other forms used, I would find it very useful.

Check the quality documents on the NFSTC website. They have a lot of forms in there.
