Alice Maceo's Distortion Workshop at Worcester, MA

The Worcester, Massachusetts Police Department's Latent Print Unit is hosting Alice Maceo for her "Analysis of Distortion in Latent Prints" workshop October 27th and 28th of this year. This two-day workshop focuses on the Analysis phase of the ACE-V process as it pertains to the various factors (with heavy emphasis on skin deformation) that contribute to distortion of latent prints. This is an excellent training opportunity for latent print examiners of all levels. The registration cost is just $225.00.
As a bonus, the WPD's Latent Print Unit is a small unit that is ISO accredited. Attendees are welcome to tour our unit and bring any questions they have pertaining to ISO, manuals, protocols, etc.
The Hilton Garden Inn of Worcester is just a five minute walk from the Worcester Police Department and they are offering the government rate of just $90.00 per night for class attendees. There are plenty of good eateries in walking distance of this hotel also. Just mention the "Latent Print School" upon registering to get the government rate. Their number is 508-753-5700.
