Can any body out there point me to the full decision in relation to the matter of United States Vs Love 2011 WL 2173644 (mentioned in last weeks "The Weekly Detail"). The reason that I ask is that while NCSTL have done a marvelous job of relaying the judgement, they have only reported part of it.

I have tried searching the WEB without luck, so any guidance as to the location of the transcript would be appreciated. I am currently preparing a document for work in relation to the NAS report and how it is addressed in my Jurisdiction and this would be of benefit.

I have in fact sent the writer an email. I am just waiting for a reply. Hopefully it has not gone into his "SPAM" mail as other emails I have sent to other people have previously.
