Dear Colleagues,

I would urge you all to review this document discussed in this week's Detail and released on the SWGFAST website. It is the most comprehensive and detailed attempt to answer very important questions about the current state of the science, using published research and as many broad, international resources as possible.

It is well organized, well summarized and should, in my view, become part of standard training programs everywhere.

This was initiated by Christophe Champod and executed by the students and researchers at the Univ. of Lausanne (UNIL). They did a tremendous job and making it publicly available is truly a service to the discipline.

Thanks Christophe for doing this and thanks to your team. We are in your debt.

g.

(PS-if you read the document and find yourself lacking some of the references, try the Holy Grail first and if not there, contact me and I can try and hook ya up).
