Does any know of a good training opportunity somewhere state-side taking place before the end of June 2012? Latent prints, photography, photoshop, etc.

Although they haven't released the schedule yet, WVU/FSI Continuing Education for Forensic Professionals will have a program in the late Spring (think June). CA State Division is holding their conference in early May.
Although there isn't a schedule out yet, the FSI program should have classes in photoshop as well as latent print topics (as well as a host of other forensic topics).

The CSDIAI is putting their program together and should have plenty of latent print, photography, and photoshop lectures and workshops.

If you would be interested in a two year term position that begins with a full training program in latent print development and comparison and concludes with a six month deployment to an Army lab overseas, with the possibility of contract renewal at the end of the term period, shoot me an email at
foridents@aol.com and I would be happy to give you more information.
