Hi,

I'm walking from London to Brighton (100 km) in May 2013 for the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity because I can, but others less fortunate can't. The charity raises money to help children with terminal illnesses.

I want to ask you to donate to help improve the lives of sick children. I am doing this because I can, I am lucky. However, terminally ill children deserve a quality of life that the Rainbow Trust helps deliver. Please give generously and pay to see me in pain!! When I do this next May I will be 50 years old!!!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now. Please!

Please click on the address below to make your donation!!

My sincere thanks for taking the time to support me, and visit the just giving web site above for updates on my progress as I train for this event!!. See attached the proposed route map that I will be following next May!! I had better get training!!

Kindest regards

Dave

Dave,

My hat's off to you (cowboy hat, that is). Last time I saw you, you weren't exactly svelte and limber. More like pudgy and stiff. I must say that if you're going to try something like a 100 km walk (isn't that about 60 miles?) you must be slimming down and building up the aerobic conditioning. So I say good for you! I'll be posting a few $$ to your site.

Now hoof it, Big Boy, and make some bucks for the kids!

Cheers,
Pat
