old FBI facial identification catalog?

I realize this is a long shot but I'm wondering if anyone has an old "FBI Facial Identification Catalog" that I could have or copy or do you know where I might find one? Not an LPE question, of course, but many of us wear several hats...
In case your memory of the contents serves more than the title, this is a catalog of various facial features used by composite artists to assist victims/witnesses in identifying various types of facial features to render a more accurate composite.
Any help is appreciated. Google has failed me this one and only time. (and no, I couldn't find it on the FBI site, either)
