So yet another legislator has proposed a bill to save the system from bad science

3% chance of getting past committee

1% chance of being enacted

I found this even more interesting:

Only 11% of bills made it past committee and only about 3% were enacted in 2011–2013.

Someone please remind me what I'm paying taxes for again?
