....the first US criminal trial to use fingerprints as evidence.....
Rojas case in Argentina 1892, Charan in India in 1898, Scheffer in France in 1902 (the ID was done by Bertillon!), Jackson in UK in 1902, Miller in Australia in 1903, Clancy in New Zealand in 1905, Stratton Brothers (homicide) in UK in 1905, etc etc.....
