Update your references

Just a friendly reminder if your quality documents or SOP's happen to reference the CBDIAI's web-based chemical reagent information. There is a new URL for the start page:

Thanks Bert. Do you, or anyone know, where I can find references that show how long the working solution of a chemical is good for. I didn't see any on the CBDIAI site, unless I just missed them. I have heard different expiration dates for chemicals from different people.

The FBI Latent Print Processing Guide includes shelf life for reagents listed. It is available in PDF form at

The ones on the CBDIAI page will state the shelf life. It might vary depending on what formulation you're looking at and the reference source.
