Online Photoshop Alternative

I ran across this today: https://www.photopea.com/
I opened it in Microsoft Edge and in Chrome on my Android phone. Both worked fine.
The look and feel is very similar to Photoshop including the ability to save .PSD files and open RAW files. I'm including a screenshot.
