Duct Tape off Decomp Body

Hello,

Any suggestions on processing methods for duct tape off of a decomposed body? The non adhesive side has an oily film from the body on it.

Suggestion to use the FSIS (improved RUVIS) for inherent residue prior to processing with chemicals
