Yes, I know, I have been on a posting spree this morning. Good chance at some point I will be working from home, which means alot of research will be happening, and research proposals being written.

For thermal paper we process with IND and then thermanin. I am curious as to what other labs procedures are for processing thermal paper. And if you don't use ThermaNin after IND, what you use. Also, if you use IND/ZnCl, do you modify that formula in any way because it is thermal paper? Or maybe you don't use either procedure and something else works better for you.

Sounds like a great plan. People being laid off, estimated 20% unemployment on the horizon. Experience in law enforcement implies we will see a resulting jump in robberies, burglaries, thefts, and fraud. Solution: furlough law enforcement. Send the forensic people home to do research instead of casework.

I guess that's a good thing. Think of all the available overtime and comp time to work backlog cases when we return armed with new research to help us do our jobs!

We are doing it because the city said if you can do some work from home to do work from home. So the lab is on different teams. So there will always be people working in the lab, it is just I may work from home 2 days and be in lab other 3. Just trying to limit amount of people in one area. Doesn't include crime scene though. They are still working normally.
