It's a mimeograph transferred to an overhead projector transparency that's been transferred to microfilm which can be faxed to your pager.

Before the paper deteriorated with age, I had the original written in Crayola crayon on a Big Chief tablet. Mid-Twentieth Century latent print work was so much fun!
