Insourcing

We have two coinciding problems. First, the Covid-19 crisis has allowed us to catch up on casework. Second, budget cuts have mandated we find creative ways to balance the lab budget. We are considering "In-sourcing," i.e., taking cases from outside agencies for a fee. Are any of the followers of this forum in-sourcing?
