An officer put in a request to have some candles processed. I haven't seen them yet so I don't know what kind they are/what they look like. Has anyone processed candles with results? Can you actually process a candle?

Since there are no responses here, have you heard anything offline?
I would try CA and a water-based dye stain.

I haven't heard anything, but CA and water based stain is what I was thinking too. We shall see what they look like when we get to that case.
Thanks for the response

When I was still processing evidence and received a substrate I was not familiar or comfortable with, I would go buy some similar items to process using different methods, then chose the method that seemed to work the best.

Couldn't agree more. "Play first" before work.
