While not geared specifically to latent print examiners, this webpage has a fairly expansive yet organized layout of several different resource topics that can benefit both new and seasoned examiners. Please feel free to share this with others in your agency that may have an interest in bookmarking this site for future reference.

This just got released and is also a great resource for practitioners.
Postmortem Printing Series
It is a collaboration between the FBI Lab and the DC Office of the Chief Medical Examiner that provides helpful techniques and tips for collecting exemplar fingerprints from a variety of body conditions.
Bryan Johnson is the narrator and (presumably) the person in the video demonstrating the techniques who has worked for the Bureau for years and is the current Major Incident Program Manager for the Latent Print Unit of the FBI Lab. I met him years ago and he is extremely knowledgeable in the recovery of friction ridge detail from less than ideal skin conditions.
Please share this with your contacts as well.
