I am looking for the new version (2014) of the fingermark Visualization Manual.
I ran into a hiccup where the vendor does not provide quotes in US dollars and we can only pay in US dollars. Does anyone know of any other vendors that provide the Manual?

TSO was the vendor that wouldn't provide us with a PO in US dollars.
