Is anyone else experiencing supply chain issues with purchased solvents (pet ether, methanol, etc etc)?
If so, are there solvent providers that have current stock?

I am not sure about all chemicals, but the ones we get from Reagents.com have usually been in stock. We buy Pet Ether, Acetone, Methanol and a couple other things from them. We received a 4 pack of 4 liters each of Pet Ether at the end of April and it took a couple weeks or so to get here.

We use Fisher and did not have an issue this last time ordering at my lab.

Thank you. We have had orders fall through from a couple of vendors. The order goes through with an expected date of delivery, then a little later on we get an update saying the product is unavailable or will be delayed for weeks and weeks.

I'm not sure if we have ordered from Fisher. I'll look into that. Thanks again.
