- Starting annual salary for an entry level analyst is $53,577
- Starting annual salary for a journey level analyst ranges between $59,139 and $71,949, depending on education and experience
- Top annual salary for a journey level analyst is $87,314
- Three weeks of vacation per year; four weeks after 15 years of service
- 104 hours of sick leave per year AND 3 bonus days if less than 3 days of sick leave used
- 14 paid holidays per year
- Longevity pay after 10 years of service; 5% of base salary and ½% each year with a maximum of 15%
- Employer paid retirement system
- No state income tax and no Social Security taxes
