Need advice about RTX(developed by Kenzoh Mashiko)

I am working in forensic lab in Taiwan and my domain is latent fingerprint.
Last year I went to US to visit Dr. Henry Lee's lab knowing RTX(developed by Kenzoh Mashiko).
I am very interesting in it!!!
Because before knowing that, I considered latent fingerprint just divided into 2 parts---absorbents and unabsorbents. But RTX could use on many different surfaces,included paper, metal, skin, plastics and etc.
And it is low toxic!(Knowing from Kenzoh Mashiko's website)!
So I hope that could lead this technique(RTX) into my lab.
But I get some problems.....
(First) Although I check many papers but still don't know about the formula of RTX(how to make the solution of RTX).
(Second) From websites and papers,I know having 2 kinds of application of RTX----fuming and soak. I should like to ask which way is better,and their formula having any difference?
