Does anyone have reference info for a study done a few years back that included latent print comparisons using a minimum number of 'points' standard? I believe the study was done in Europe.

If memory serves correct, given a 16 point standard, it included data indicating a disproportionate few number of latent prints with 14 or 15 'points' found, and a larger spike at 16 'points'.
