Just a quick announcement to let you all know that a new book is out there. Forensic Human Identification: An Introduction has now been published by CRC Press and is available for all to buy!
Edited by Tim Thompson and Sue Black it includes a book chapter on fingerprint identification and the role of biometrics in the future, penned by yours truly and Viv Galloway.
It is an excellent resource on all human identification from fingerprints to shoes, from ears to DNA and teeth.
I hope that some of you will buy it!!
By the way the chapter I contributed with my colleague was a labour of love.....no fee, no royalties!! Just for the hell of it!! So I am not trying to sell the book. But it is very good, if I say so myself!!
