Information Wanted

I am looking to purchase a copy of Personal Identification by Wilder and Wentworth from 1918.
(I recently saw a reference to what I believe is the same book in which the citation says Personal Identification by Wentworth and Wilder 1912---but the listing above is from Kasey's site which I think is probably more accurate).
OR----If I cannot buy a copy I will (within reason) like to rent a copy. I will pay the shipping, handling, and a reasonable fee to borrow a copy. I will consider paying a bond to insure the book is returned unmarked and unscathed from my perusal.
OR----If that is not possible I will (within reason) like a copy of that section that deals with the comparison of friction ridge detail. The citation that I am looking at states it is called "evaluative comparison of physical details".
