Re: Laboratory protocols regarding the packaging of evidence

I am curious to find out what your local laboratory policies are when accepting evidence intended for latent print examination.

Do you have specific packaging requirements for porous and non-porous items, or do you accept all evidence submitted with out regard to how it was packaged?

It is understood that the evidence package must be properly Sealed and Marked, as required by ASCLD.

Thanks,
