Cuspal pattern

I'm looking for an image of a cuspal print. Does anyone out there have an example you could send me? We have one person in our file (of some 570,000 cards) who has about 6 or 7 cuspal patterns, but I can't find the card. Needle in a haystack, you know. I wish I'd kept a copy when I first ran across it!

Let me be the first to display my ignorance.
What the **** is a "cuspal" pattern? I've been on the cusp of many things, but this is a new one on me....

A cuspal pattern is an abnormal pattern in which the ridges do no recurve around the tip of the finger. Instead the ridges flow straight up and off the top of the print.
Does anyone know the cause?
