I have posted images from a CD sent to me anonymously. They are located on the McKie page on the CLPEX home page. Please continue the McKie discussions from "Statistics" and other threads on this thread.

Well, we can expect the same vocal arguments about "internet images" and an unknown source from those who support the identification of Y-7. Let's see if any of the regular SCRO defenders want to claim that these images are NOT the images presented at Tulliallen. These images appear genuine to me and correspond to the images I was shown by James MacKay and Scott Robertson when I was in Scotland for their inquiry, but of course, I wasn't at Tulliallen. If any readers were present at Tulliallen, perhaps they could lend some aire of authenticity to the images.

MacKay & Robertson also showed me some charted enlargements prepared by someone at SCRO showing alleged level 3 detail that matched. They asked for my comments on those level 3 charts, which are not included in the Tulliallen slides. As I pointed out to them, while the person preparing those level 3 charts had used heavy lines to outline level 3 shapes and make them match, they had overlooked the fact that a clear ridge ending appeared in one of the level 3 charts that was plainly absent from the other chart. How can you claim that level 3 matches when the level 2 details are not in agreement to start with? At any rate, if any readers have images of those level 3 charts, I would love to see them added to this website for interested parties to consider.

The most telling images from Tulliallen are slides number 12 and 13, which represent charted enlargements of Y-7 and Shirley McKie's left thumb, with either 30, 37, or 45 points of comparison charted out. There are 37 "points" marked in Y-7, 30 points marked in the inked print, and 45 points listed on the following pages. I guess when you are counting fictitious points, it doesn't matter what number you use. I haven't figured out how to bring slides 12 and 13 up side by side. Kasey, can that be done? Or can you combine those two images into one slide and post it separately, so we can view them side by side?

You might be able to 'right-click' the image and then choose to open the link in a 'New Tab' or in a 'New Window'. This will do the trick and with some rearranging of the windows, you should be able to compare the images side by side.
