Fingerprint Training Snafu

Kasey received the following email from Joe Polski, COO of the IAI, which he asked me to post for him:
Subject: Fingerprint Training
In my November Monthly Update, I mentioned that the National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC) had received a sizable grant from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) to offer fingerprint and other pattern evidence training. Those courses will be offered in partnership with Ron Smith & Associates (RS&A), the training partner of the IAI.
Please note that at this time there are no further details available regarding this training. There is no class schedule, no posting of courses and no timetable. NFSTC and RS&A will be working in the coming months to work through the details. Please do not contact RS&A or NFSTC looking for further information; there is none. As soon as more information is available, it will be communicated through usual IAI channels as well as from NFSTC and/or NIJ.
