It is strange also that Mr. Leadbetter would go to such lengths to try and discredit the work of a fellow expert, but in reality all it does it exposes the desperation of Leadbetter. Why does he deliberately misinform in his presentation?

and then read the actual transcript of the evidence at Justice1 where John Macleod openly admits the copies the Justice 1 Committee had were useless reproductions but his originals were done in colour and given to the Executive.

Mike Pringle: I want to go back to the coloured prints that you talked about. In your 2005 report, there are quite a lot of badly reproduced pictures, which are a complete waste of time—completely useless. They do not tell us anything. Are they reproductions from what you call the coloured prints?
John MacLeod: Yes.
Mike Pringle: So what we really need are the originals.
John MacLeod: That is what you need. These are useless.
Mike Pringle: Absolutely useless. We need to ask the Executive if it can produce coloured reports with these prints in colour, so that we can see them properly.

Why does Leadbetter not use the original coloured copies, choosing instead to use the useless reproductions? Why does he sink to such depths?

Perhaps he will replace them in his presentation when he gives evidence? Please tell me he is not going to stand there and present that distorted misinformation? In fact please tell me he is going to present these images! What a specatacular own goal that would be in trying to discredit an expert by totally misrepresenting the truth! In fact go for it Martin! Stand there with your useless copies and try and rubbish John MacLeod.

Also I see of interest that the Inquiry statement of Peter Swann has now been replaced with a redacted version! I hope some of you like myself were able to save the original last night.

I was kind of hoping someone might try to take the SCRO points and try to fit them onto Leadbetter's chart.

Take SCRO point no 3 for instance, that's one that actually exists in Y7, and in Shirley's print there's something there too. If you mark these on the Leadbetter chart how do they fit in and around Martin's points?
