It was in Journal of Forensic Identification 44:4 (1994) and was written by Joel Geller and Dick Warrington. I would get you a copy, but I no longer have my professional journals. Now in full retirement, I am downsizing and all my journals, periodicals, etc., were donated.

I remembered before, my friend discussed me about the use of stun guns, but needs for me to ask him again about the uses of it.
