Fingerprints on silkscreen

Does anybody have experience with attempting to take a fingerprint from silkscreen? I have a print on a painting, however I don't want to harm the painting. Any ideas would be welcomed.

Experimenting with a multi-bandwidth Forensic Light Source & various viewing filtrations would seem to be a natural starting point.

I have also had success on some photos & artwork with axial lighting (front directional).

Both non-destructive.

Well, you had a Pollock examination and I had examination requests regarding another Pollock. Does that then make it "a load of Pollocks"?

It appears the art community has gone crazy over latents, or is it just a "latent development" within the community?
