Peter Swann claims on an Expert Witness website that:

In the UK he has been instructed in most of the recent high-profile cases.

In the Official Judgement of the Danny McNamee Appeal it states the Peter Swann:

…concluded that Mr. Tadd's blow-ups (produced for the first appeal) proved that the mark and the thumb print were positively not identical.

Really?

At the Justice 1 Enquiry Peter Swann testified with regard to the McNamee Appeal that

…the three learned judges said that we were right and the others were wrong.
