Hello all,
For those agencies who are not doing their latent print comparisons on screen, I'm curious on what type of printers are you using for printing out your images. My inquery is primarily for images photographed digitally. Are agencies solely using a mini-lab, dye sub printer, ink jet, or other means to print out latent prints in order to perform comparisons?
Thanks for your time!

Re: Latent Print Printouts
As far as I know, none of our examiners compare on screen and we are 100% digital. We primarily use the Epson R1800 and R1900 printers. We have had the R1800 for several years and I am quite happy with it. The R1900s are the updated version of the R1800 and are brand new so I have not had much chance to test them. I did print out a 10print card this morning and it looked pretty good.
