Photoshop users...which version?

Hi George,

Wished I lived nearer if you could teach me in 20 minutes how to use PS to do as well as I do without training on Paintshop Pro. The reason I did not use the word training was because as a trainer one expects you to have some knowledge of what you are teaching. I don't live under that illusion.

I have trained many people how to use V++ and have written a short training paper on it. But alas that is now out dated by upgrading of systems.

I have no doubt that if I spent 10 minutes on each photo I could improve picture quality noticeably, that is not a reality, and honestly not required in my current function. I am sure I am making non reversible adjustments but then they are saved in a different folder from the original that has no changes to it not even name changes.

One of the funcions I like is the Lens Correction menu which adjusts for fisheye distortion, it works well on macro settings.

Neville: There is a function in Photoshop called Auto Levels - it takes two seconds to access it, and for most general crime scene images it works great. How's that for easy and quick? There's also a batch function so that you can apply that adjustment to all images in a folder, or just the ones you choose and it will automatically apply the adjustment and save the copies where ever you point. How's that for faster and still easy? There are dozens of things like this that can be shown to a user in a matter of minutes. One just has to ask.
