"An Englishman in New York?"

Post by lloydthomas »

I am curious to know if there are any examiners working in the USA from overseas who are not (or were not originally) U.S. citizens.

Thanks,

Lloyd Thomas

To my recollection I know of two, Graham Ford and Jo Morrisey who both started out at Scotland Yard like myself. There may be others but that is as far as my knowledge extends.

In answer to your question Steve, yes, I am looking into the possibility of coming back but it is not that easy.
The reason for my post is that I am interested to know of the routes ones may have taken in order to permanently work in the USA.

In answer to your question, I am from the Caribbean and have been working in Colorado since 2001...all you need to work in the US is a Permanent Resident Card/Green Card and a Social Security number.
