Yes, I have seen those. What I was looking for was something like a class instruction where someone was actually explaining the formation.

Me too, im intersted to see illustrations on how these friction ridges formed. Of course the articles of Ashbaugh, Wertheim and Maceo, Babler, Hale, etc could help, but looking for something that is moving from single cell or whatever up to the mature ridge, and not just on the fingertips.
Mary, if you can find one please share it to me also. Im teaching Fingerprint Identification, which includes formation of ridges (its uniqueness and permanence) in the Philippines.
