Latent ninhydrin impression beside handwriting
Can anyone advise me as to any method of determining whether a print is on top of handwriting on a piece of paper or the writing is over the developed print please.

This was done in Auckland about 10 to 15 years ago by a retired member of this office. Try searching for Fingerprint and Forensic Services on Google, you need to contact Peter Burridge of that company. He managed to show the court that something had been added to a contract after the signature, he used various wave lengths and filters to give different views of the same exhibit. In this case the text and signature overlapped
