Hello Everyone,
My lab uses a spray bottle application for RTX, rather than fuming or dipping. However, we keep running into the problem of RTX clogging the spray bottles. Also, when left in the spray bottle for too long, the solution turns clear and becomes useless.
I'm wondering if anyone else out there uses a spray method that does not run into either of these problems. Perhaps brands/types of spray bottles that do not clog?

OK, so I'm late to the party...!
I would use the glass bottle type sprayers, but power them with the cheapest, lowest pressure/volume aquarium air pump I can find. For field use, i use the same sprayer with a battery powered bait air pump (runs on two 'D' cells). I haven't seen a pump sprayer yet that didn't clog with RTX.

only mix what RTX you are about to use and clean out the sprayer directly after use.

Yep about right, we used a battery pump from a model aircraft supply shop that pushes air into the sprayer bottle at very low pressure.
