Evidence packaging
What is the best way to package evidence being submitted for latent print examination? I have read that plastic bags can transfer latent prints and have heard that paper bags can absorb latent print residue. I'm having difficulty in finding reliable research sources on this topic.

Evidence packaging
We tend to recommend paper for our agencies. With the major exception of tape evidence, which we recommend putting in plastic packaging.
